| How many domains can I host with NightSky? |
| You can host as many domains as you wish. There is no charge for adding a domain, beyond any registration fee. If you already own your domain, simply transfer it to us for free! |
| How do I setup a new domain? |
| Simply log into our Account Manager at http://www.NightSkySupport.com/am/ and then select "Add a domain" from the left side menu. If you still need to register your domain, and wish for us to do it, select the appropriate box, and we will do it! |
| How long does it take to setup a domain? |
| Most domains are up and running within 24 hours. This is beyond our control, as the top-level DNS servers must be notified of a new domain and update their databases. |
| If I register a domain on my own, what DNS Server settings do I use? |
| You need to login into your registrar's website and enter the following information: ns1.nightskyhosting.com --> 67.43.171.162 Most registrars will only require the names above and will fill in the numbers automaticially. |

| How can I set up a sub-domains? |
| Simply log into our Account Manager at http://www.NightSkySupport.com/am/ and select "Edit Domains". Find the domain you want, and click on "Add a subdomain" for that domain. Most changes to sub-domains IP listings do take at least 24 hours to change, and make take longer to propagate to all the DNS servers throughout the Internet. |
